Pleistocene Period, 2.6 million-11,700 years B.P. Comprising four sections from the Aepyornis eggs. 60 grams total, 40-63 mm (1 5/8 - 2 1/2 in.). From Madagascar. Acquired 1950s-1960s. From an old Bristol, UK, paleontological collection.[4, No Reserve]
