Description
Medieval Silver Ring with Crystal Inlay
Circa 15th-16th century A.D. Broad flat-section hoop, rectangular bezel set with a rock crystal cabochon, twisted filigree border, hoops with granules to the edge. 5.59 grams, 26.60 mm overall, 20.75 mm internal diameter (approximate size British T, USA 9 1/2, Europe 21.26, Japan 20) (1 in.). Acquired 1990s-early 2000s. East Anglian private collection.
