A tapering tubular silver-gilt finger sheath composed of an openwork filigree 'net', decorated with applied floral forms composed of enamelled cells, filigree and raised cells set with polished stone cabochons; later pin to underside; converted into a brooch, stamped 'SILVER'. 14.6 grams, 85 mm (3 3/8 in.). Acquired in the late 1980s-early 1990s. Important North West London collection.
