Large Tell Yaduea Ware Grey Juglet 3rd millennium B.C. A grey juglet with piriform body, trumpet-style neck and mouth, m-section handle and small discoid foot, two circumferential bands of incised diagonal lines flanking a band of dots. 548 grams, 18 cm (7 1/8 in.). Acquired prior to 1988. From an important deceased gentleman's collection, by descent.
