Otacilia Severa - Nisibis - Tyche Bronze. 244-249 A.D. Obv: MAR WTAKIL CEOYHRAN CEB legend with diademed and draped bust right on crescent. Rev: IOY CEP KOLW NECIBI MHT legend with tetrastyle temple with Tyche, veiled and turreted, seated facing within, ram leaping right above, river god swimming right below.
