Nero - Securitas AE As. 65 A.D. Lugdunum mint. Obv: IMP NERO CAESAR AVG P MAX TR P P P legend with laureate bust right. Rev: SECVRITAS AVGVSTI legend with Securitas seated right holding sceptre with garlanded altar with lit torch leaning to it before; SC in exergue. RIC 445; WCN 515; cf. Sear 1967 (dupondius). 12.88 grams. Ex UK private collection.
