Medieval Henry VI Pilgrim's Badge. 15th-16th century A.D. A Henry VI pilgrim, secular or souvenir badge in the form of a turreted wall, body of king Henry VI rising in triumph above the battlements of the Tower of London, holding orb and sceptre. Cf. The British Museum, museum number 1891,0418.26, for type, dated c.1400-1500. 2.7 grams, 23 mm (11 grams total, 56 x 50 mm including case) (7/8 in. (2 1/8 x 2 in.)). Found Thames spoil, City of London, UK. [No Reserve]
