Eastern Slavic Silver Idol Plaque. 6th-7th century A.D. A flat sheet-silver image of a standing female, anatomical features in repoussé technique, oval face with embossed eyes, mouth and eyebrows, sun style headdress, the body enclosed in a caftan open on the breast and decorated with dots, fastened at the waist with a wide belt, boots shaped as triangles and decorated with dots; two fastening holes for attaching to organic surface.
