Very Large Western Asiatic Brewing Still. 8th-10th century A.D. or Earlier. A bronze brewing still or pouring vessel with carinated body, short neck, vertical rim, tapering spout with flanged rim above a decoratively notched collar. 3.3 kg, 35 cm high (13 3/4 in.) UK private collection before 2000. UK art market. Property of a London gentleman. [No Reserve]
