A matched pair of Hellenistic or Roman gold hoop earrings, each composed of a hoop with faux-twisted and beaded lower body and plain round-section upper body, domed circular plaque with loop for closure, decorated with granules and beading, clusters of granulated hollow gold spheres below. 6.04 grams total, 36 mm each (1 3/8 in.)
