Roman Bust of Eros. 2nd-3rd century A.D. A bronze mount formed as the bust of Eros, with broad neck, shoulders and chest, elaborately dressed hair and stern expression to the face; pierced both sides of the nape for attachment; mounted on a tiered custom-made stand. 443 grams total, 95 mm including stand (3 3/4 in.) Ex Abelita family collection, 1970s-2000s. [No Reserve]
