Maximian - Providentia and Quies Silvered Follis. 305-306 A.D. Post abdication issues, Cyzicus mint. Obv: D N MAXIMIANO BAETISSIMO SEN AVG legend with laureate and robed bust right holding branch and mappa. Rev: PROVID DEORVM QVIES AVGG legend with Providentia standing right extending hand to Quies standing left with star between and S - F across fields; mintmark K? in exergue. RIC vi, pp.582 & 584-585, 22b, 28b & 32b; Sear 13411. 7.47 grams. Ex UK private collection.
