Antoninus Pius - Salus AR Denarius. 159-160 A.D. Rome mint. Obv: ANTONINVS AVG PIVS P P TR P XXIII legend with laureate bust right. Rev: SALVTI AVG COS IIII legend with Salus standing left feeding snake rising from altar before holding sceptre. RIC 305; BMC 988; RSC 741; Sear 4106. 2.95 grams. Property of a Cambridgeshire gentleman. Accompanied by a previous cataloguing ticket. [No Reserve]
