Enamelled Icon with Saint Nicholas. 18th-19th century A.D. A rectangular icon with deep border, central nimbate Saint Nicholas holding left hand in benediction, right hand holding book, nimbate saints in roundels around the edge; remains of blue enamelling. 332 grams, 14.5 x 12.5 cm (5 3/4 x 4 7/8 in.) London collection since the 1980s. Property of a Canadian family. [No Reserve]
