Framed Persian Watercolour Manuscript Leaf with Potentate and Attendants. 19th-early 20th century A.D. A rectangular manuscript leaf with watercolour painting of a potentate crouching on a divan with attendants and a supplicant kneeling before him, all in a landscape with flowers and trees; mounted in a glazed wooden frame. 600 grams, 32.5 x 24.5 cm (12 3/4 x 9 5/8 in.) Acquired on the UK art market, 1980s-1990s. The Woodbridge collection of Indo-Persian art.
