Roman 'Thames' Silver Eagle. 3rd-early 5th century A.D. A silver eagle modelled standing on a sub-square base, with semi-naturalistic detailing to the feathers and wings, head turned right. 6.6 grams, 21 mm (3/4 in.) Found Thames spoil, City of London, UK, 1990. [No Reserve]
Very fine condition.
