D N ARCADI-VS P F AVG, diademed, helmeted and cuirassed bust of Arcadius facing slightly right, holding spear over shoulder and shield with horseman spearing enemy. Reverse: CONCORDI-A AVGG, Constantinopolis seated facing, head right, foot on prow, holding scepter and Victory on globe; B//CONOB. RIC 7; Depeyrot 55/1. Nice frosty mint luster still intact. NGC grade MS; Strike: 5/5, Surface: 3/5. Estimated Value $600
