ANCIENT GREECE. PTOLEMAIC KINGDOM. Ptolemy III 'Euergetes'.
Bronze Drachm, circa 246-222 BC. Alexandria.
Series 5B. Obv: horned head of Zeus-Ammon right, wearing tainia with basileion. Rev: ΠΤΟΛΕΜΑΙΟΥ ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ, eagle, with wings closed, standing left on thunderbolt; filleted cornucopia to left, XP monogram between legs.

Very Fine; red deposits to surface.
