ANCIENT GREECE. KINGDOM OF MACEDON. Philip III 'Arrhidaios'.
Silver Drachm, circa 323-319 BC. Magnesia ad Maeandrum.
Struck under Menander or Kleitos, in the types of Alexander III. Obv: head of Herakles right, wearing lion skin headdress. Rev: Zeus Aëtophoros seated left, holding sceptre; ΦΙΛΙΠΠΟΥ to right, monogram below throne.
