ANCIENT GREECE. KINGDOM OF THRACE. Lysimachos.
Silver Tetradrachm, circa 305-281 BC. Kolophon.
In the types of Alexander III of Macedon. Obv: head of Herakles right, wearing lion skin headdress. Rev: ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ ΛΥΣΙΜΑXΟΥ, Zeus Aëtophoros seated left, holding sceptre; in left field, forepart of lion left above crescent, pentagram below throne.

Good Very Fine; an attractive example, old cabinet tone highlighting its portrait beautifully.
