Billon Tetradrachm, dated RY 26 (of Marcus Aurelius) = AD 185/6.
Obv: Μ Α ΚΟΜ ΑΝΤω ϹΕΒ ΕΥϹΕΒΗϹ, laureate head right. Rev: crowned and draped bust of Nilus right; cornucopiae at shoulder, L K-ς (date) across fields.
