Crowned bust of King George V facing left (type II). Legend around 'GEORGE V KING EMPEROR'. Designed by: Edgar Bertram Mackennal. / Within a circle, the date divides legend in English & Urdu (Yek Rupya) with the outside of the circle having a wreath made of roses, thistle, shamrock leaves and lotus flowers, all within a toothed border. • below bottom lotus, indicating Bombay Mint. Centre reads 'ONE RUPEE INDIA 1918'. Milled edge.
