Tullius Menophilus, consular legate. Obv: ΑΥΤ Κ Μ ΑΝΤ ΓΟΡΔΙΑΝΟϹ ΑΥΓ, confronted busts of Gordian III, laureate, draped and cuirassed, right, and Sarapis, draped, left. Rev: ΥΠ ΜΗΝΟΦΙΛΟΥ ΜΑΡΚΙΑΝΟΠΟΛΙΤΩΝ, Homonoia standing left, holding patera and cornucopiae; E (retrograde) in right field.
