ANCIENT GREECE. SELEUKID KINGDOM. Demetrios I 'Soter'.
Silver tetradrachm, circa 162-154 BC. Antioch on the Orontes.
Obv: diademed head right. Rev: BAΣIΛEΩΣ ΔHMHTPIOY, Tyche seated left on a throne supported by a winged tritoness, holding a short sceptre and cornucopiae; monogram to outer left. About Extremely Fine; portrait struck in high relief and boasting a beautiful, even tone.
