MAGNA GRAECIA. CALABRIA, TARENTUM.
Silver nomos, circa 281-228 BC.
'Campano-Tarentine' series. Obv: head of nymph left, wearing tainia and triple pendant earring. Rev: nude youth on horseback right, crowning horse that raises left foreleg; TAP above, dolphin above tripod below horse.
Good Very Fine; light cabinet tone, golden highlights.
