ROMAN EMPIRE. Domitian (Caesar).
Gold aureus, AD 77-78. Rome.
Obv: CAESAR AVG F DOMITIANVS, laureate head right. Rev: she-wolf standing left, suckling the twins Romulus and Remus; COS V above; boat in exergue. About Mint State; a wonderfully detailed rev. and attractive reddish tone. Previously graded NGC AU Strike 5/5 Surface 4/5, certification number 6556713-006.
