Obv: IMP CAES M AVREL ANTONINVS AVG P M, bare head right. Rev: SALVTI AVGVSTOR TR P XVI, Salus, draped, standing left, feeding out of patera in right hand snake coiled round altar; S-C across fields, COS III in exergue.
Good Very Fine; some roughness to rev., otherwise a fine specimen.

Rarity: Extremely Rare variant; unrecorded in BMCRE, no examples cited by OCRE and only 2 others found on CoinArchives.
