Bronze sestertius, AD 145-161. Rome.
Obv: ANTONINVS AVG PIVS P P TR P COS IIII, laureate head right. Rev: Roma seated left, holding Victory and transverse spear, resting elbow on shield set on prow to right; shield decorated with head of Medusa, S-C across fields.
