Obv: IMP CAESAR TRAIANVS HADRIANVS AVG P M TR P COS III, radiate head right, slight drapery on shoulder. Rev: SALVS PVBLICA, Salus standing left, foot on globe, holding patera and rudder; S-C across fields.
