Gold aureus, AD 283-285. Rome.
Obv: IMP C CARINVS P F AVG, laureate, draped and cuirassed bust right. Rev: ABVNDANTIA AVGG, Abundantia standing left, emptying cornucopiae onto ground.
In secure plastic holder, graded NGC plugged at 6:00 and repaired, certification number 2133632-003.

Reference: RIC V-308 var. (bust type); Calicó-4341 var. (same).
Rarity: Possibly Unique; unpublished in the standard references and no examples on Coin Archives or OCRE.
Provenance: from the Marcantica collection; acquired through a private exchange with Robert Potti, Belgium.
