FATIMID OF MULTAN: al-Hakim, 996-1021, AR damma (0.54g), NM, ND, A-A713, Nicol—, Isma'ili kalima // caliphal text al-mansur / abu 'ali al-imam / al-hakim bi-amr / Allah, of which only about 3 lines are visible (as always), nearly rectangular flan, VF. The dammas of al-Hakim are much rarer than dammas of the previous Fatimid Imams. Multan was taken by the Ghaznavid, briefly in 1005, then conquered in 1010/1.
