HEJAZ:KM-3, al-Hejaz counterstamped on 40 Para of Turkey AH1327 year 8, very rare with the counterstamp on the reverse, as the counterstamp was intended to efface the Ottoman tughra, with an exceptionally sharp counterstamp, VF, RR.
