GEPIDS: Uncertain King, 454-552, AR 1/4 siliqua (0.68g), uncertain king, imitating a Gothic issue from Mediolanum, pearl-diademed, draped and cuirassed bust of Anastasius I to right, ex Dr. Robert A. Rosenfeld Collection. The Gepids were an East Germanic tribe who lived in the area of modern Romania, Hungary and Serbia.
