BURMESE KINGDOMS: Halin, AR unit (8.87g), Mahlo, cf. Htun-212.3 (drawing), obverse resembling Mahlo-57 with bold pellet in the center of the rising sun, but text style same as the reverse, which closely resembles the earlier style of Mahlo-8b with clear elegant srivatsa, swastika left & bhadrapitha right; appears to be unpublished variant, EF, RRR. Intriguing example, as Mahlo dates type 8b to the 6th and early 7th century, type 57 to the 9th/10th century. Based on its style, I would date this piece to the 7th century, a unique example with a pellet in the rising sun.
