KUSHAN: Kanishka II, ca. 226-240, AV 1/4 dinar (1.98g), MK-546, Donum Burns-604, king standing left, crowned and nimbate, holding trident and staff, sacrificing over altar to left // Ardoksho seated, facing, holding diadem and cornucopia, tamgha to upper left, slightly off-center strike, a very decent example showing full name of the king, VF, RRR. Göbl reports only two examples of this type, and only a few have ever appeared in a public auction.
