ARAB-BYZANTINE: Two Standing Figures, ca. 636-645, AE fals (5.44g), Neapolis (Nablus in Palestine), year "25", A-3502N, cross & letter K between the 2 standing figures / ANNO left & XXV right of the capital M on reverse, mint formula NEA in exergue, officina A, star above, lovely patination, struck from the same dies as lot 133 in our Auction 20, VF-EF, RRR. The type is derived from the follis of Heraclius & his son Heraclius Constantine, struck 630-640, his regnal years 20-30 (Sear-810).
