GREAT MONGOLS: temp. Chingiz Khan, 1206-1227, AE broad Khani dirham (6.82g), AH618, A-1968, anonymous, except for the caliph al-Nasir li-din Allah, blundered marginal legend on both sides, with the mint name carelessly engraved (should be Samarqand by style), but "thamân" for "8" is clear, VF, RR.
