IRAN: Nasir al-Din Shah, 1848-1896, AV 5000 dinars (1.49g), Tehran, ND, KM-, Musavi p.42, #16 (same dies), facing bust of Nasir al-Din // his name & titles within wreath, undated & without the denomination, Unc, RR. There are several small die breaks towards the rim on the obverse, which suggest that the die failed at an early stage and never produced specimens for circulation.
