IRAQ: 10 dinars, Schön-78, 1990/AH1411, KM-172, Schön-78, "Victory Arch" Monument in Baghdad: swords above palm tree, never released into circulation, NGC graded MS63 RB, RRR. This very rare issue was struck at the Sudan Mint House in Khartoum.
