GOVERNORS OF SIND: Mansur (b. Jumhur al-Kalbi), ca. 747-752, AR damma (0.48g), A-4508, FT-CS9, obverse just la ilah illa Allah in tall letters, reverse nasr Allah / mansur (clearly nasr Allah, not bism Allah as previously assumed), bold VF, RRR. An important servant of the Umayyads, Mansur b. Jumhur is well attested, and was even briefly governor of Iraq in AH126 (743-744). His full name "mansur bin jumhur" appears on Umayyad fulus of the Zaranj mint in Sistan.
