MEDIEVAL ISLAMIC:LOT of 23 silver coins: Ghorid (2, including the "bull 's-eye" type of Muhammad b. Sam), Kart (4, including one in the name of Mu 'izz al-Din Husayn); Safavid (6, including 2 shahis or Herat AH916); Afsharid, all of Nadir Shah (6, including double rupee of Qandahar DM, and three early abbasis, Mashhad 1150, Shiraz 1149, and Qazwin DM); Qajar (1); Shaybanid (2), and Mangit of Bukhara (2); average circulated grade, a few quite attractive, a nice group for a specialized collector; retail value $1300, lot of 23 pieces.
