[editor], The Numismatic and Philatelic Journal of Japan, includes the following issues, 1913 January (2), February, March, April, May, June, August, September, October, November, December, 1914 January, February, March, June, August, all original printing, full of wonderful and interesting articles with about half in English and half in Japanese, with high quality plates and line drawings, lot of 17 journals, ex. H. F. Bowker Numismatic Library. Howard Franklin Bowker (1889-1970) was a numismatist and philatelist, collecting and specializing in Chinese coins, stamps and banknotes. He created the first bibliography of Western language publications on East Asian numismatics.
