DECCAN: Anonymous, 2nd century BC, punchmarked AE rectangular (5.96g), Pieper 350 (this piece), large fish in a single punch, uniface, VF, R. Such punchmarked fish type coins are rarely seen. Mitchiner (SI, pt 1, no. 22) published a similar type from southern Deccan with additional hills above and below, but the fish alone, as on this coin, is otherwise unpublished.
