ILKHAN: Sulayman, 1339-1346, AR ½ dirham (0.35g), MM, AH (7)41, A-2257Hvar, generally as type HA, but obverse has inner circle rather than inner octofoil, reverse almost identical, almost VF, RRR, ex Christian Rasmussen Collection. This is first half dirham of Sulayman that we have seen (there are none in the Tübingen collection!).
