Cr-544/12; CRI-386; Syd-1214. Legionary type. Obverse: Praetorian galley right; Reverse: CHORTIS SPECVLATORVM, three signa decorated with wreaths and rostra. Attractively toned and rather well centered, this RARE type honored the scouts and messengers within each legion, essentially serving as a secret service around Marc Antony.
