SNG BN-1618. Struck in the name of Philetairos. Obverse: Laureate head of Philetairos right; Reverse: Athena seated left on throne, crowning dynastic name and resting elbow upon shield to right; grape bunch to outer left, A to inner left, bow to right. A lightly toned example offering a great portrait of the founder of the Attalid dynasty, Philetairos.
