Also a 43.8 mm, 42.3 gram silver medal dated Anno XXX (1875), also by Bianchi, with a left-facing bust of the Pope and inscription PIUS IX PONT MAX AN XXX around, and a view of a plaza and fountain on the reverse, with the inscription PAVPERVM COMMODITATI / AEDES A SOLO / EXSTRVCTAE in exergue. The edge is inscribed Presented to M. O. Shriver by Pope Pius the Ninth in the year of his 30th Pontificate. About Uncirculated.
