Close inspection of the "VICTORIA" legend doesn't confirm the definitive placement of an O/0 punch and may be the result of repunching of the O character. Whatever the case, this variety is certainly RARE among known examples of the date, and should certainly entice the collector who finds pleasure in studying coins' idiosyncrasies.
