KM-307.1; LMDB-400; Gomes-31.09. Struck over a Mexico 8 reales of Charles IV. The date of the undertype is not visible but the assayer FT is, limiting the date to 1801-03. The mintmark is muddled by a slightly weak strike but the "B" can be made out with study. Lustrous with ash gray tone that displays a beautiful blue sheen. With old collectors envelope.
