T-41. Confederate Currency. 1862 $100. Extremely Fine Severed & Tape Repaired at Right. Penned Military Endorsement.
No. 21910. Plate Y. A very imperfect example of this popular denomination that showcases a rather crude repair effected to rejoin two severed pieces. The penned endorsement of J. E. P. Dangerfield can be observed on the back and is neatly penned and composed alongside a date that appears to be January 30, 1863. Dangerfield was from Arkansas and stored as a Military Store Keeper with the Confederate Ordinance Department.
